FAQ

A few questions, answered.

Is Gabli free right now?

During the private beta, yes — full access at no cost in exchange for feedback. After the beta we move to a per-professional subscription (around $16–22 / professional / month).

Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients only need an account if you enable self-service features like rebooking and online payment history. Otherwise, booking is one-click and they get everything by email.

How do payments work?

Gabli doesn't process payments itself — it orchestrates Stripe or Helcim on behalf of your business. Money goes straight to your account, and we record everything on your financial dashboard.

Can I import my existing clients?

Yes. During onboarding you can upload a CSV with your clients and we'll get you up and running in under an hour.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular backups and strict access controls. You can export everything at any time.
